They full on banned you? That's a tough one...I've heard you either need to wait an unknown amount of time or brand new email/billing/cc/shipping address.
They never said anything formal. Just all my online orders kept getting cancelled. I always use my redcard when ordering online. Never had any issues. Red card still working fine for me in store.
