Here today with the quarterly ‘round table’ discussion with my good friend Steve French. He has done over $5,000,000 in sales in the last 12 months - mostly toys! We like to collaborate every quarter and just talk about the business we’re so passionate about.
This episode extends past one hour, as there is a lot to unpack with Q4 officially starting TODAY! Although really, our true peak season is Black Friday week through January.

“Favorite 2027 intellectual properties to purchase for?”
“I'd love to hear about your win/loss ratio and how it has changed over time.” (My personal favorite question that I totally nerded out on)
“How systematic are you in looking at new toys or old toys to start stacking? The volume of stuff out there is tremendous. Do you just start an Amazon search? Do you begin with Keepa? Do you just look at upcoming catalysts? Or do you look at new catalysts that would force old catalysts to retire?”
“ I feel we all get excited about and focus on the biggest opportunities, like big sales and heavy clearance items that are obvious immediate scores, but what are some ways you’re “winning” / profiting regularly that you don't hear talked about a lot in the toy space, or are maybe overlooked unless you're intentional about it?”
“Do you think the Prime Day/Target/Walmart sale the first week of October will be just as good as Black Friday? Gameplan?”
