Not a Drill - Target's Hitting 70% Off In-Store

Been checking daily for over two weeks, finally seeing 70% off at every location I’ve been to.

Still may be regional, but it’s consistent for me.

70% off has VERY little risk and VERY high upside potential, because you can usually even sell at eBay at MSRP and make good profit in a worst case scenario.
