Hello friends,
I have spent the last few days manually reviewing every single retiring LEGO set. I have found some very interesting pieces of data, hidden gems, and even caught some low supply restocks while manually researching.
In fact, I spent over $12,000 on LEGO in the last few days just because I was manually analyzing and recognizing certain deals were available.
If you take nothing from this list, at least take away that - manual analysis almost always results in you ‘getting lucky’. If you put the hours in to research different toy lines, eventually things just happen to fall out of the sky because you have given yourself the opportunity to get lucky.
Anyways, here is my full 2026 LEGO Retirement Watch List, complete with a new format for ease of use. I have pinned it to the top of the site and it will remain there until the year is over.
Enjoy
